Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, Cellar Cove ships only within the United States. We’re working on expanding to international destinations in the future and will notify customers once available.

What does Cellar Cove sell?

How do I place an order?

Shopping at Cellar Cove is simple:

Browse our handbag collection.

Select your preferred style or size.

Add your items to the cart.

Checkout securely using one of our safe payment options.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6 on all U.S. orders. No hidden costs your total shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping time: 2–6 business days

Total delivery time: 3–8 business days after placing your order.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us quickly at service@cellarcove.shop to cancel and receive a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Why haven’t I received tracking updates?

Tracking details are usually available within 48 hours of shipment. If you don’t see updates after that time, please reach out to service@cellarcove.shop and we’ll assist you.

How do I return a product?

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, email service@cellarcove.shop for instructions.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping. If it’s due to a change of mind or customer error, return shipping will be your responsibility.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges. If you’d like a different style, size, or color, simply return the original product following our return process, and we’ll arrange an exchange for you.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Please notify us if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Are there any restocking fees?

No, Cellar Cove does not charge restocking fees.
