At Cellar Cove, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase doesn’t fully meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to keep the process simple, fair, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

Unused & Unworn – The product must be in its original condition, free from marks, stains, or signs of wear.

Original Packaging – Items should include all original tags, labels, dust bags, and protective packaging.

Proof of Purchase – A valid order confirmation, receipt, or other purchase documentation is required.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at service@cellarcove.shop with:

Your order number

The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

Reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival), Cellar Cove will cover the return shipping cost and provide prepaid return label.

If the return is due to a change of mind, size, style preference, or customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping label and costs.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Exchanges

We’re happy to accept exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following our return process and let us know the replacement you’d like. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship out the exchange.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval or without following our return instructions will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Refund Policy

We strive to make our refund process straightforward and fair.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued if:

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The item is unused, undamaged, and includes original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase is provided.

Our team inspects and approves the returned item.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once your return is approved, refunds are typically issued within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Refund Amounts

Full Refund – You will receive the product’s purchase price.

Shipping Fees – Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds – May apply if items are returned used, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories.

Exchanges Instead of Refunds

If you’d prefer an exchange over a refund, just let us know when submitting your return request we’re happy to arrange it.

Late Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received the funds, please contact us at service@cellarcove.shop. We’ll help track the status with your payment provider.
