Processing and Delivery Timeframes
Order Handling – Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Transit Time – Once dispatched, deliveries usually take 2–6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Window – Most customers receive their orders within 3–8 business days (handling + transit).
Cut-Off Time – Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-5) EST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Your package may be shipped through:

The best carrier will be chosen automatically based on your order details and delivery location.
Shipping Rates
A flat-rate shipping fee of $6 applies to all U.S. orders. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout there are no hidden fees.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at service@cellarcove.shop before the order ships.
Once dispatched, we cannot update delivery details.
Cellar Cove is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you within 48 hours of shipment. You can track your package in real time as it moves through the carrier network.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
It will be sent back to our warehouse.
The customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing service@cellarcove.shop.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. If needed, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy to initiate a return.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
Refuse delivery and notify us right away.
If already delivered, contact service@cellarcove.shop immediately with photos of the damage.
Prompt reporting allows us to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
Sales Tax
All applicable sales taxes are already included in our product prices. This means the amount you see at checkout is the final price you won’t be charged any additional tax on your order or shipping fee.
International Shipping
Currently, Cellar Cove only ships within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please reach out to our support team for future availability.
